High Chief Raymond Dokpesi one of the aspirant for the seat of the national chairman for the People Democratic Party(PDP), said the party had made a lot of mistakes for the last 16 years in power.
Dokpesi who spoke during the week at the PDP secretariat in Umuahia, said it is due to the selfishness ambition of some of the party leaders, retarded vision, that brought about the loss to the opposition party(APC) in 2015.
He further said that the party was laid down by the founding father's, in other to bring every individual irrespective of their tribe together under the same umbrella.
Dokpesi said, when people hears about PDP the next that pop's up in their minds is corruption, because they feel PDP is corrupt and clueless, but since has at when APC has been in power, they left us with nothing, people are suffering, parents can no longer buy foods for their kinds, due to the siutation of the country.
Dokpesi assured nigeria that they would not seat back and watch their fatherland fall in their front.
''we cannot sit back without giving APC good opposition, we cannot sit back and not re-brand,re-energize and revitalised PDP, so that in the year 2019, we can contenst against APC and win the next presidential election''.
Dokpesi said, it is my decision to have nigeria have leaders below 45 years of age, and let elder's of the country sit back and watch and direct them.
